Developing Student worksheet Based on Discovery Learning on the Topic of Buffer Characterized by Critical Thinking Content

Abstract


This research is an early stage of the entire development research process. The study aims to develop student worksheets based on Discovery Learning about the topic of buffer. Student worksheet developed contains indicators of critical thinking to assist students in problem solving. Discovery Learning is a model which expects students to find their own problem solving. The method applied in this research is Borg and Gall, while the development is conducted based on need analysis (curriculum, materials, teachers and students). Student worksheet assessment is performed by three validators, and from the result of the validation, it is obtained that the average score of the validation is 95.12 (valid). It means that student worksheet covers indicators of critical thinking are good and feasible to use.
